MEET FRANCOIS

I am a dedicated physiotherapist with a deep passion for helping individuals lead healthier, pain-free lives. With a strong belief in evidence-based treatment, I am committed to providing care that is both scientifically grounded and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I graduated in 2020 and was honoured to receive the South African Society of Physiotherapy Prize for Best Clinical Student, reflecting my dedication to clinical excellence and patient care.
My approach to physiotherapy is built on a foundation of compassion and expertise. I treat a wide range of conditions, from everyday aches and pains to complex injuries. My special interest lies in sports and orthopaedics, where I combine my knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to help athletes and individuals recover, improve performance, and prevent future injuries. I also work in the hospital treating a variety of in-hospital patients, addressing their diverse needs and conditions
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me immersed in my own active pursuits—whether it’s pushing my limits with CrossFit or conquering challenging trails through trail running. This personal passion for sports fuels my professional approach, giving me a unique perspective on both injury prevention and recovery. I am also a part time Clinical lecturer at the University of the Free State where I assist in educating and guiding our next generation of Physiotherapists
